Terms and Conditions for Refunds:

• The application must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• An administrative fee of 5% may be deducted from the refund amount.
• If you paid by credit card, your refund may take 7 to 14 business days.
• The company reserves the right to reject the application if the conditions are not met.
